Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchases of products made remotely by the buyer via the internet on the website www.karakorum.tv, owned by Karakorum Srl, with registered office at Via Sabin 36, 20019 Settimo Milanese, VAT and tax code 04540630961.

The Customer declares to be of legal age and to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase process, and to fully accept the general terms and conditions of sale and payment set forth below.

The minimum order amount is €500+VAT, unless otherwise specified.

All prices on the website are considered retail prices and, therefore, inclusive of VAT (22%). Karakorum reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

The following payment methods are accepted: Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer upon shipment (bank transfer upon shipment guarantees a 5% discount).

The availability of products refers to their actual availability at the time the customer places the order.

However, this availability should still be considered purely indicative due to the following reasons:

1. The products may be sold to other customers before the order is confirmed, as multiple users may be simultaneously browsing the website.
2. An IT anomaly may occur, making a product available for purchase even though it is not actually in stock.

Even after the seller sends the order confirmation email, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods.

In such an event, the order will be automatically adjusted by removing the unavailable product(s), and the customer will be promptly notified via email. The email will also provide information on the refund process and the timeframe for reimbursement of any amounts paid.

By law, the warranty period is 12 months, and the warranty is recognized as long as the product is used correctly and in accordance with its intended purpose.

The Customer must inform Karakorum of any defects within 14 days of discovery by sending an email to info@karakorum.it, stating the order number.

Karakorum will provide the Customer with instructions on how to return the product.

For orders in Italy, the following payment methods are allowed:

Credit Card: We accept all credit cards belonging to the VISA, MASTERCARD, and MAESTRO circuits. The credit card payment system is guaranteed by PayPlug, using the PCI (Payment Card Industry) and DSS (Data Security Standard) protocols. The amount will be charged at the time of the transaction, and an automatic email notification will be sent to the customer’s email address. In the event of order cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the customer’s bank account.

PayPal: You will be redirected to the secure PayPal page where you can complete the payment directly from your PayPal account.

Cash on Delivery: You can pay in cash or with a bank check upon receipt of the goods, directly to the courier making the delivery. Cash on Delivery payment method is applicable to orders up to €1999.99.

Bank Transfer: The order qualifies for an immediate 5% discount and will be processed after the amount is credited to the bank account, which will be communicated in the order confirmation. The shipment of the ordered items will only take place upon the actual receipt of the due amount into the bank account. The payment must be made within 7 (seven) working days from the date of the order; otherwise, the order will be considered canceled.

The shipping cost is always €15 regardless of the order amount.
Upon delivery, the Customer is required to check that the packaging is intact. If any anomalies are noticed in the packaging, the Customer is required to sign the delivery receipt with a reservation in order to take further action with the courier.
